Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

For third party same-day shipping (Cavite and Metro Manila only), you can book on available 3PL (third party logistics) providers such as Lalamove, Transportify, etc. We will contact you as soon as the order is ready for shipping.

If 3PL is not available in your area, no need to worry! For standard shipping, we will drop-off your orders to one of J&T Express branches and expect shipping within 1-3 days in MNL1-5 days in Luzon, and 3-7 days in Visayas and Mindanao. You can also calculate shipping rates here in J&T Portal:

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Tracking information will depend on the  to become available.

Delivery period will depend on the courier company assigned upon shipment.
